ES Hybrid Immobilizer Problem

Hello, I own a 2020 Lexus ES hybrid with 32190 km. I'm experiencing an immobilizer problem. The engine either doesn't start at all, or starts briefly and then stops. There's also an error stored in the error memory. Any ideas?
