Espace Air Suspension Failure

My 2015 Renault Espace with a gasoline engine is giving me headaches. The air suspension seems to have completely given up. The car is basically sitting low, leaning to one side. I've got a constant error message on the dash, and because of the lean, the headlights are all over the place. I've scanned the error memory and it points to a compressor malfunction. I've checked the obvious stuff, like fuses, but I suspect it might be a dodgy cable or connector somewhere on the compressor itself. Anyone else had this kind of issue?

I had a similar problem with my Espace. Same symptoms – the leaning, the warning lights. I'd suggest really getting in there and checking every single connection point related to the suspension system. It's fiddly, but often it's just a corroded or loose connector causing the issue. Did you notice any air leaks before the complete failure?

Air leaks, hmm, not that I specifically noticed, but it's possible. The compressor did seem to be running more frequently in the weeks leading up to this. When you say 'every single connection point', are we talking just the compressor itself, or further up the line towards the control module?

When I say 'every single connection point' I am referring to all connections related to the compressor, the valve block, and the height sensors at each wheel. Since you have already checked the compressor, my suggestion would be to take the car to the workshop. The error memory will show you where the error comes from. In the end, the repair of a defective cable cost me 95€.

Okay, that's helpful. I'll have a look at the other connections before admitting defeat and taking it to a shop. The price is okay I think. Thanks for the insight!
