I haven't checked any fuses yet. Where would I find that fuse, and what amperage should it be?

I'm no expert on the fuse location, but in my case, it wasn't a fuse. My mechanic found a blockage restricting airflow. A trusted workshop for diagnosis is your best bet.

Took your advice and went to a mechanic. A blocked cooling grille was indeed the problem. Cost 52€ to fix, and the temperature sensor issue, check engine light, and slow warm-up are all gone now!

Sounds familiar. I had similar issues with my Estima. Did you check the cooling grille fuse?
