Estima Windshield Washer Heater Issue

Sounds like a connection problem. Those year Estimas sometimes had issues with the cable or plug leading to the washer heater corroding. Before diving deeper, have you checked for obvious signs of damage to the wiring near the nozzles and the washer motor? Also, could be clogged nozzles themselves, easy to check.

Given the error code and frozen nozzles even with winter fluid, I'd still lean towards a faulty connection or the heater element itself. Thanks for the advice. I brought my Estima to the workshop, and they confirmed the corrosion on the cable connection as you suspected. The repair cost was around 95€, including parts and labor. Everything is working now.
