Etios Engine Stalling

Hi. I have a 2015 Toyota Etios with a gasoline engine. Lately, the check engine light comes on, and the engine stalls at idle. Mileage is at 51888 km. Could it be a fuel efficiency problem?

I had a similar issue with my Etios. The problem was with the fuel tank ventilation system. Does it smell like gas?

I don't smell gas. How did you figure it out?

I didn't, the workshop did. They said there was a leak in the fuel tank ventilation system, likely the activated charcoal filter. I'd suggest getting it checked, since it can cause system failure.
