Expert cruise control and starting issues
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Peugeot Expert diesel was experiencing issues with error codes, non-functional gear selection display, cruise control failure, and intermittent starting problems. The suspected cause was a faulty cable or plug, particularly at the clutch pedal switch. After consulting with others who had similar issues, it was confirmed that the clutch pedal switch was indeed the problem. Replacing the defective switch resolved all the issues, including the error codes and cruise control functionality.

Yeah, I suspected the clutch switch. I was going to check all the plug connections anyway. When you had this, did you find a faulty cable or plug connection? Or was the switch itself bad?

I didn't dig too deep myself. I took it to a workshop because I needed the car. They confirmed it was the clutch switch and replaced it. Problem solved.

Thanks for the info. I took it to a local workshop as you suggested. They replaced the defective clutch pedal switch and charged 95€. Everything is working now. The error is gone and the cruise control is working again. The mechanic confirmed the clutch switch was faulty.

Sounds familiar. I had similar symptoms with my Expert: error codes, cruise control dead, and starting issues. Have you checked the clutch switch? It's a common culprit.
