Fiat 500 audio system silent

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with the audio system in my 2021 Fiat 500 diesel. The system is completely silent. There's no audio output whatsoever. I've checked the volume controls and Bluetooth connectivity, but nothing seems to work. Mileage is at 33128 km. Any ideas?

Before it went silent, the sound was perfectly normal. No distortion or other unusual things. It simply stopped working one day. Could it still be a speaker issue if it failed without producing any kind of weird noises before?

Yes, that's what happened to mine. I thought it was a software issue but turns out the bass speaker was defective. Take it to a workshop to be sure.
