Fiat Bravo hands free microphone issue

Hi, I have a 2010 Fiat Bravo with a gasoline engine, and the hands-free microphone is not working anymore. Telephony is no longer possible, and there is an error stored in the error memory. I checked the Bluetooth connection, and it seems fine. Any ideas?

That sounds familiar. I have a Bravo as well. Is the voice recognition also affected? In my case, it was completely silent during phone calls. Have you tried adjusting the volume controls while in a call?

Yes, voice recognition is also affected. The system doesn't recognize any voice commands. Volume control during a call doesn't change anything. Is it the same behavior?

Exactly the same! I suspect the infotainment system is defective. Unfortunately, I had to go to the workshop. They confirmed my suspicion. It was quite expensive to repair.
