Fiat Ducato Height Control Issue

I'm getting a 'Height control restricted' warning light on my 2020 Fiat Ducato diesel with 118719 km. The low beams are off, it sits unevenly (lower in front), there's an error code, and the ride is bumpy. I suspect a defective control rod on the sensor. Anyone else seen this?

Summary of the thread

I drive a Ducato too, though it's an older model. Your symptoms sound like something I had. The uneven height and warning light are key. Have you checked the control module for damage or corrosion? It's like a fuse box for the suspension. A bad connection there can mess up the leveling. What's the specific error code?

I'll get the error code soon. Where exactly is the control module? Is it near the suspension or in the cabin? Need a little more detail.

The error code will help. The control module is often near the rear axle, but location varies. It's usually a black box with wiring. Given the symptoms, I'd suggest a workshop diagnosis. It sounds similar to my issue, but it's best to be sure.

It was a defective control rod on the sensor. The repair was 110€. It's working perfectly now. Thanks for the help.
