Fiat Linea oil pressure warning
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Fiat Linea diesel with 219,778 km displayed an oil pressure warning, suspected to be due to oil contamination from exceeding the maintenance interval. The oil appeared darker, indicating contamination. The suggested solution was to visit a workshop, where it was confirmed that the issue was indeed due to oil contamination. An oil and filter change resolved the problem without any permanent engine damage.

The oil color is darker than usual, and its general condition seems compromised. As for additives, I haven't used any recently. Could this indicate potential engine damage?

Darker oil definitely points to contamination. Since you're not using additives, and you've gone over the interval, the contamination is the most probable cause. I would suggest visiting a workshop immediately

Thanks for your help. I took it to the workshop, and indeed, it was oil contamination due to an exceeded maintenance interval, as originally suspected. The oil and filter change cost 165€. Fortunately, no permanent engine damage occurred.

I had similar issues with my Linea. What does the oil look like? Is it sludgy or discolored? Also, what oil additives are you using, if any?
