Fiat Novo Radar Sensor Issue

I have a 2017 Fiat Novo with a gasoline engine. The radar sensor seems to have given up the ghost. I get an error message in the speedometer, and there's an error stored in the error memory. It's also causing a failure of various systems in the vehicle, which is accompanied by a warning light. I've checked the sensor itself, and it appears to be merely dirty. Anyone else run into this?

I had something similar happen in my Novo. It threw a bunch of errors related to the collision avoidance system. Was really weird. Did yours happen after driving in the rain or snow?

Mine was definitely water-related. The dealership said moisture got into the radar sensor. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get properly diagnosed. They can check the sensor and the wiring. Could be corrosion.

Thanks for the tip. Turns out the sensor was just dirty, like I suspected. Cleaned it and all errors disappeared. Cost me 45€ for the cleaning at the workshop. Appreciate the help!
