Fiat Novo rear window heating issue

Rear window heating on my 2019 Fiat Novo with a gasoline engine isn't working. Error in the memory. Windshield heating seems weak too. Scan suggests a bad battery. Anyone else seen this?

I had a similar issue with my Novo. Check the connections to the rear window heating element. They can corrode. Is your battery light on?

Yes, the wiring harness near the window. If the battery light isn't on, it could still be a weak battery. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it properly diagnosed.
