Fiat Siena Audio Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2007 Fiat Siena diesel experienced a complete audio system failure, with a diagnostic scan indicating a display malfunction error. Despite checking the fuses, the issue persisted, suggesting a defective display as the likely cause. A similar case confirmed that a faulty display unit could interfere with the entire system, and a workshop visit revealed both a defective display and faulty wiring as contributing factors. After repairs, including replacing the display and addressing wiring issues, the audio system was restored to full functionality.

Interesting. The Bluetooth was intermittently disconnecting before the complete audio system failure. Was a defective display the solution in your case?

Confirmed. The repair shop determined that the display unit was faulty and interfering with the entire system. Given your mileage and the Bluetooth issues, I would recommend a visit to a qualified workshop.

Thank you for confirming my suspicions! The workshop said the display unit was defective. They also found some faulty wiring, which may have contributed to the problem. 725€ later, the system is as good as new! Appreciate your help!

I had a similar problem with my Siena. My car speakers were making a horrible crackling sound, and the dashboard controls were acting funny. Is your Bluetooth also acting up?
