Fiesta Microphone Failure

My 2020 Ford Fiesta with a gasoline engine has a non-functioning hands-free microphone, making calls impossible. There's also an error stored. Anyone else seen this? I rely on voice recognition a lot. It has 160045 km on the odometer.

I had a similar issue with my Fiesta, but it was intermittent at first. Do you also have Bluetooth connectivity problems or sound quality issues during calls when it works? Does the error code mention the infotainment system or microphone specifically?

Thanks. I didn't have intermittent issues; it failed completely. No Bluetooth or sound quality anomalies before it stopped working. I don't know the exact error code details right now.

Okay, complete failure is different than what I saw. Given that and the error code, it sounds like the infotainment system may be the problem, since it controls the microphone. Take it to a workshop for diagnostics. It could be a software glitch or a hardware problem.
