Figo cruise control fault

Thanks for the tip! I didn't specifically delve too deeply into the wiring loom in the engine bay, or the stalk itself. Was your error code specifically also pointing to a wiring or plug fault? Was the stalk completely dead or intermittent for you?

Yeah, the error pointed towards a circuit malfunction, which the mechanic thought could be anything. The stalk seemed okay. Turns out, after the mechanic spent a good hour poking around, it really was a corroded connection in the engine bay loom that was a bit hidden. Honestly, I'd suggest getting a workshop to take a look, it's a pain to diagnose this kind of stuff yourself.

Appreciate the confirmation; looks like a trip to the workshop is inevitable. The price was 95€.

I had a similar issue on my Figo, though I can’t remember if mine’s the same year. Cruise control just wouldn't kick in, and there was an error code. Have you checked the wiring loom where it passes through the firewall? These connections can sometimes get corroded or damaged and cause intermittent faults. Also, did you check the cruise control stalk on the steering wheel?
