Fiorino no start
Summary of the thread
A 2004 Fiat Fiorino with a gasoline engine wouldn't start, and the check engine light was on. The initial suspicion was a fuel injection issue, with a possibility of ECU failure. However, the problem was resolved by cleaning and tightening corroded battery cable connections, leading to a successful start. A professional diagnostic confirmed the issue, saving further complications.

Cable connections, huh? You mean loose terminals or corrosion? Was it causing a complete no-start situation like mine? I will check right away!

Exactly, corrosion, and yes, a complete no-start. If cleaning and tightening don't work, you should consider getting a professional diagnostic at a workshop to verify the ECU and fuel injection.

Thanks a bunch for the tip! You were spot on. I cleaned the battery terminals, and it fired right up! Mechanic confirmed the issue. Cost me 155€ to get it sorted properly. You saved me a ton of headaches!

I had a similar issue with my Fiorino. Check the battery cable connections. Seems obvious, but that's where the problem was.
