Fiorino Siren Communication Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Fiat Fiorino is experiencing a siren communication fault with the alarm system being unresponsive, likely due to a faulty cable or plug. The error is stored in the ECU memory, suggesting a possible issue with the connection to the siren module. A similar problem in another vehicle was resolved by addressing a corroded connector, indicating that professional repair might be necessary to fix the issue.

Yep, error's definitely stored. Did you manage to sort it yourself, or did it need professional attention?

Honestly? I messed around with it for a weekend, checking continuity and voltages. Eventually, I gave in and took it to a workshop. They diagnosed a corroded connector to the siren module pretty quickly. Cost me a small fortune back then, but it fixed the issue completely.

Right, cheers for the heads-up. Garage quoted 95€ to sort the cable/plug, so looks like I'll bite the bullet. Appreciate the confirmation it's likely the same issue!

Sounds familiar! Had a similar gremlin in my old 2012 Opel Astra. The alarm would randomly go off, or not arm at all. Is the error code stored in the ECU memory? If so, it is likely the cable or plug like you said.
