Fit Hybrid rough running and misfires
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Honda Fit hybrid was experiencing rough engine running, a check engine light, jerking during acceleration, and reduced power, potentially due to combustion misfires. A similar case was resolved by identifying a defective fuel injector as the cause. The recommended solution was to have the injection system checked at a workshop, which successfully resolved the issue.

Yes, I also noticed something weird with the throttle response and the idle. Did you figure out what was causing that? What did you have to do to fix it?

In my case, the diagnostic pointed to a defective fuel injector. If you are getting misfires, that's a very likely cause. The car ran poorly, like it had a bad cold. I suggest taking it to a trusted workshop to have the injection system checked. Cost me 515€ to get it fixed.

Thank you for your help. The workshop confirmed a defective injection valve/injector, as you suggested. The issue is now resolved.

Sounds familiar. I have the same model, and experienced something similar not long ago. Did you notice anything different about your throttle response, or at idle? It felt like the engine was hesitating. I'd describe it as the engine 'skipping a beat' at random times.
