Fluence battery sensor issue

The battery is only 2 years old, so it should be fine. Was it definitely the sensor in your case? What did you do to fix it?

Yes, it was the sensor. Faulty readings were causing the car not to charge the battery correctly. I'd suggest getting it checked and replaced at a workshop. The cost was around 315€.

Thanks for the info. I'll get the battery sensor replaced. Seems to be the only solution. Much appreciated.

I had similar symptoms with my Fluence. Check the battery voltage. A faulty sensor can cause low voltage readings, even with a good battery. How old is your car battery?
