Interesting. I haven't specifically noted any correlation with humidity, but I'll pay closer attention. What exactly was the issue with your Megane?

Turns out it was a faulty ignition switch. Similar symptoms to yours, especially the engine cutting out randomly. In my case, it was difficult to diagnose because the fault wasn't always present. Eventually had to take it to the workshop and they confirmed. Since you've checked the fuses, I'd suggest getting it professionally diagnosed.

Thanks for the insight! Based on your experience, I'll take it to a trusted workshop for diagnosis. It's likely the ignition switch, given the symptoms. The repair cost 52€.

Sounds familiar! I had a similar problem with my Renault Megane. Was driving me crazy! Was it particularly worse in humid weather, or after the car had been sitting for a while?
