Ford Figo Diesel Terminal 15 Ignition Error

Help! My 2015 Ford Figo diesel is completely dead! I've got 223523 km on the clock, and now it just won't start. The error memory is showing 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted'. From what I've read, it could be a dodgy cable or plug connection. Anyone else experienced this? I checked the fuses in the fuse box, but they all seem fine. Could it be the starter solenoid or a power supply issue? I'm dreading it's the entire wiring harness!

I had a similar problem with my Figo. Check the wiring around the ignition switch and also where the main power cable connects to the starter. Any corrosion?

Thanks! Around the ignition switch... is that easy to get to? And when you say main power cable to the starter, do you mean the big red one? Anything specific I should be looking for besides corrosion – like loose connections or damaged wires?

Yes, the big red one. Look for breaks in the insulation as well. If you're not comfortable tracing the wires, might be best to get it checked by a workshop.

Okay, thanks a lot for the advice. I think I'll take it to a workshop, especially if it involves stripping the wiring. Turns out the final repair was 95€. Appreciate the help!
