Thanks for the quick reply! A misfire could be it, it does feel that way. How would I go about checking the ignition coils myself? And yes, I had the diagnostics run, it mentioned a misfire in cylinder 3, but I hoped it would be a loose cable.

Since you already know it's cylinder 3, I would start there. The diagnostic will also tell you if it's the plug or the cable. While you could check it yourself, without the right tools it might be difficult and possibly dangerous. Since it's already misfiring and stalling, and you're not too familiar, I'd suggest getting it to a workshop. If it is just the connector, the repair bill shouldn't be too high.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I took it to a mechanic, and you were right – it was a defective ignition coil and a faulty plug in cylinder 3, which also had a bad connector! They replaced them for 95€, and the car is running smoothly again. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Flex! Does it feel like a misfire? I'd check your ignition coils and spark plugs first. A bad coil can definitely cause those symptoms. Also, have you had the vehicle diagnostics run?
