Ford GT Battery Drain

I'm having trouble with my 2021 Ford GT with a gasoline engine. The battery keeps discharging, and I'm seeing error messages on the speedometer, weak lights, and a stored error. The engine barely starts. I suspect a bad battery sensor. Has anyone else run into this?

It wasn't the battery, but some faulty sensor messing with the charging system. Check that before replacing the whole battery itself. Is anything drawing an unusual amount of power?

Yeah, pretty similar symptoms: random error messages, the works. I recall reading somewhere that these cars can be quite sensitive to even small voltage fluctuations. I´d suggest getting the car scanned to pinpoint that battery sensor for sure before you replace anything.

Thank you for the input! My local workshop confirmed it was a defective battery sensor. The repair cost 315€. I'm glad it wasn't a full battery replacement!
