Ford GT Sunroof Initialization Error

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2005 Ford GT with a gasoline engine. The sunroof isn't working right. I'm getting a "sunroof not initialized" error. The sunblind gets stuck, and now I can't even open or close the convertible top at all. Plus, the sunblind won't retract fully. I think it happened after some coding was done on the car. Any ideas?

Yeah, some software tweaks were made. I tried disconnecting the battery for about an hour, but no luck. The error message shows up whenever I try to use the sunroof controls.
