Good call. I haven't actually checked the battery age itself - never replaced it since I bought the car. Should I just swap it out myself, or is there some fancy reprogramming needed on these newer Freeds?

Given that it's a 2022 model, it might be best to consult a qualified technician to ensure proper diagnosis and avoid complications with the vehicle's security system. I would suggest visiting your local Honda workshop.

Turns out you nailed it! Popped in a new battery (cost me 37€), and everything's back to normal. Keyless is working, no more error codes. Cheers for the advice!

Sounds like a potential issue with the key fob battery, especially given those symptoms. How old is the battery currently in use?
