Fullback temperature readings
Summary of the thread
A 2016 Fiat Fullback with a diesel engine was experiencing erratic temperature readings, a check engine light, and slow warming. The issue was suspected to be caused by restricted airflow through the cooling grille. A suggestion to check the cooling system fuse led to the discovery of a blown fuse, which was replaced, resolving the problem.

Cheers for the quick reply! Fuse for the cooling system, eh? Where exactly would I find that fuse? And is it a specific amperage I should be looking for when replacing it?

It's worth checking. I can't remember exactly where it is on the Fullback, but the owner's manual should have a fuse diagram. If the fuse is blown again after replacement, there may be something else. Honestly, I ended up taking mine to a workshop, they sorted it out pretty quick. Worth the peace of mind, I reckon.

It was the fuse, like you said! 52€ and all sorted. Seems the restricted airflow was the culprit. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

I had a similar issue with my Fullback. Noticed the engine was taking longer to heat up, and the temperature gauge was all over the place. Did you check the fuse for the cooling system? I remember reading somewhere that a dodgy fuse can cause this.
