Fusion Bluetooth Pairing Issue

Hey there, I've got a Fusion too, although I think mine's a bit newer. I had a similar problem a while back. The Bluetooth just refused to cooperate, and the system kept throwing up errors. Have you tried a full system reset on the car's infotainment? Sometimes that clears out old data and lets you start fresh. Also, is your phone's Bluetooth discoverable? Silly question, I know, but worth checking!
