Fusion Hybrid Low Heating Output

I'm having heating issues with my 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The heat output is low, and there's an error stored. I suspect the water valve. Could a bad cable or plug be the cause? The car has 193209 km.

I had a similar issue with my Fusion. First, check the engine coolant level. If that's good, it's probably the water valve. Is the engine overheating, or just the heat not working well?

The engine temperature seems normal. I'm more concerned about the insufficient heat inside. The error code also points to the water valve. Can I check the valve connection?

Yeah, that sounds like what happened to mine. The connection might be loose or corroded. You can check it, but it's a pain to get to. If you're not comfortable, take it to a workshop. My repair cost was about 95€.

Thanks. I appreciate the advice. I'll check the connection, but it seems like a workshop visit is needed to replace the water valve. I'll keep the 95€ repair cost in mind.
