Fusion Massage Seat Faulty Connection

Massage seat malfunction in my 2004 Ford Fusion diesel (39641 km). The massage function won't activate, and there's a stored error. Suspect cable or plug issue. Anyone seen this?

No, I didn't pinpoint it. It seemed like an electrical gremlin. I just took it to a workshop.
