G Klasse cooling system issue

Anyone else's G Klasse acting up with the cooling system? My 2018 G Klasse diesel is throwing codes and acting like it's permanently stuck in slow warm-up mode. I'm getting "incorrect temperatures" showing on the dash, plus the check engine light. Feels like the engine cooling is majorly restricted. Thoughts on what to check first?

I had something similar happen on my G Klasse. The engine took forever to warm up, and the temperature readings were all over the place. I'm no expert, but have you checked the fuses? I believe there is one for the engine cooling system, maybe it's blown. Is the car overheating at all?

Yeah, pretty much the same symptoms. Restricted airflow and slow warm-up sounds spot on. To be honest, I couldn't figure it out myself, so I took it to a workshop. They said it was a fuse issue related to the cooling system. Best to get it checked professionally!

Thanks for the insight! Checked the fuses as you suggested, and you were spot on. Turns out there was a defective fuse. Replaced it; cost me around 52€. Now everything's back to normal. Really appreciate the help!
