Galaxy Smartphone Connection Problem

I had something similar with my Galaxy. Have you recently installed new software on your phone or the car? Sounds like an incorrect pairing. Did you try deleting the phone from the car's system and starting over?

Yeah, the software installation seemed to scramble things. I tried re-pairing multiple times without success. I eventually had to take it to the workshop. They confirmed it was the pairing issue. I'd still say go get an expert's opinion.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. I appreciate knowing that someone else had the same issue. I will go to the shop, as suggested. They fixed it with a simple software configuration for only 45€. Thanks again!
