Getz Audio System Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2003 Hyundai Getz diesel's audio system is completely non-functional, with no sound from the speakers despite the fuses being intact. The issue might be related to a defective bass speaker causing a short, leading to a fried main amplifier. The recommended solution is to have the system diagnosed and repaired by a professional workshop, which confirmed the problem and resolved it.

Aux input is dead too, and the Bluetooth won't even connect. Volume control doesn't do a thing. The whole system seems unresponsive. Was your problem exactly the same?

Yep, sounds identical. Turned out the main amp was fried, probably from a short in the speaker. Best bet is to take it to a workshop; they'll diagnose it properly.

Took it to the shop, and you were spot on! Defective speaker caused the whole system to blow. Cost me 280€ to fix. Thanks for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Getz. Does the auxiliary input work? Have you tried that to see if you get any sound at all? Or maybe check your Bluetooth connection if you're using it.
