Gienia rough running
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Honda Gienia is experiencing rough running, poor starts, decreased fuel economy, and power loss, with uneven idling and stalling. These issues may be linked to dirty or defective fuel injectors. Checking for error codes and considering the possibility of clogged injectors are suggested steps. Replacement of the injectors might be necessary to resolve the problem.

Thanks for the quick reply! Error codes... good point. I haven't checked specifically for that. When you say 'clogged or faulty,' what exactly did you experience before you figured it out? What did the workshop say?

Well, the engine was definitely struggling, especially at low speeds. Hesitation during acceleration too. Eventually, the shop confirmed it was the fuel injectors. They suspected clogging was the root cause. Replacement was the only solution for me, unfortunately.

Ugh, that's what I was afraid of. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. Looks like a trip to the workshop is inevitable. Just got the car back today, after replacing the defective injection nozzle at a cost of 515€. I'm very grateful for your helpful comments!

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my Gienia. Have you checked for any error codes? Could be a clogged or faulty fuel injector. Symptoms sound a lot like what I experienced.
