Thank you I did not check the fuse box yet I will add it to my diagnostics The issue is currently isolated to the driver's seat When you had the intermittent issue did the diagnostic system register any error codes related to the seat switch or massage chair function

No problem When mine was acting up there weren't any error codes stored which was frustrating I eventually had it looked at and the dealer mentioned something about a loose connector under the seat Since you are getting an error code and it's just one seat it probably is a faulty connection like the diagnostics suggest With a potential repair cost of 95€ I'd suggest you let the workshop take care of it

I appreciate the confirmation and advice I have inspected the fuses and they appear to be in good condition Given the stored error and your experience I will proceed with a workshop appointment The repair was indeed a faulty connector as suspected and the cost was 95€ The massage function is now operating correctly

Interesting I have a GLA too and my massage setting had an intermittent problem Sometimes it would work sometimes not Did you check the fuse box It might be a good first step Also does it affect both seats or just one
