GLC Hybrid climate control issues

My 2023 Mercedes GLC hybrid climate control panel isn't working. The error memory shows a fault, the heating is weak, and the AC won't turn on. With 137224 km, I suspect a bad cable or plug. Where should I start looking? I want to avoid the 95€ repair estimate if possible. Could it be the blower motor, a sensor, or a power issue? Are electrical problems common?

That's frustrating. Has any electrical work been done recently? A loose connection could be it. Have you checked the climate control fuses? Always check fuses first for electrical issues.

Thanks. No recent electrical work. Can you tell me which fuses are for the climate control? I don't know the fuse layout and don't want to pull the wrong one.

I can't say exactly without a diagram. Check your owner's manual or a repair manual for the fuse layout. But with those symptoms and error codes, it might be more than a fuse. A workshop diagnosis might be best to avoid more damage.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop. They found and fixed a faulty connection. The control panel works now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It was a simple fix.
