The error code doesn't say much, just points to a general fault in the seat heating circuit. I was hoping it was a fuse or something simple, but it seems more involved. Where was the issue with your car exactly? Was it a heating repair?

They told me the heating mat was defective. It was a heating repair. I suggest visiting a workshop to diagnose it, because the error code might not be precise.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate it. I took it to a local shop, and they confirmed it's the seat heating mat. Quoted me around 390€ for the repair. Looks like it's a heater failure.

I also have a GLC and had a similar issue last winter. The seat heating just stopped working. I think it might be a faulty thermal sensor or the heating mat itself. Did the error code mention anything specific?
