Check engine light and low coolant on my 2023 Mercedes GLE Hybrid with 103827 km. The error memory says the coolant level is too low. I checked the coolant reservoir, and it's below the minimum. Low coolant on a hybrid can be tricky. I had a similar issue on my older car. Have you checked for coolant leaks near the hybrid components, not just the engine? Sometimes the electric motor cooling system can leak. Also, are you sure the engine isn't overheating?

I didn't think about the hybrid components. Where should I look for those? How would I know if the engine is overheating besides the warning light? The temperature gauge isn't going into the red.
