Where can I find the fuse for the seats And how can I check if the switch is getting power

Fuse location is in your owner's manual usually under the rear seat or in the engine compartment To check power you need a multimeter to test the voltage at the switch connector Unless you are comfortable with that and know how to read a wiring diagram I suggest taking it to a workshop An error memory pointing to a cable or plug connection suggests something more involved If they can repair it for 95€ that is a good deal especially for a luxury car It is cheaper than causing more damage

Thanks for the advice I took it to a shop and they said it was a bad connector just like the error code suggested They fixed it for around that price I am glad it was not anything more serious

Massage seat issues do happen I had a similar problem with my GLE A faulty switch might not be the first thing to consider It could just be a loose connection Automotive seats are complicated I would start by checking the fuses related to the seat controls Sometimes it is that simple Also how often do you use the massage function They are not designed for constant use Car upholstery can wear with repeated activation Before you start taking things apart confirm the switch is getting power
