Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2014 Mercedes A-Class Diesel. Well, I have a bit of experience as I often repair my car myself. In my case, the GPS antenna was definitely defective. I then went to a garage that I've known for a long time and that I trust. They were able to fix it well and quickly. The repair cost me about 200 euros. Do you have any precise information about your vehicle, e.g. the exact model and perhaps even the year of manufacture?
