Yes, I checked the fuse box for blown fuses and visually inspected the charging system. Was there a specific aspect of the Volvo's charging system that was problematic?

With the Volvo, it turned out to be a short circuit draining the battery, which eventually killed it. It was tough to pinpoint. Since yours is a hybrid, it could be related to the high-voltage system. I'd recommend getting it checked by a qualified technician.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I took the Grandland X to a workshop based on your recommendation. The fault was indeed a defective battery, which has now been replaced for 290€. Your input was most helpful.

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar problem with my Volvo. I kept getting weird electrical issues and the car wouldn't always start. Did you check the fuse box and charging system?
