Summary of the thread
A 2020 Chevrolet Groove's massage seat function stopped working, with an error code indicating a potential connection issue. The problem was suspected to be a bad connection, possibly a loose connector. After checking fuses and consulting a mechanic, the issue was confirmed to be a loose connector under the seat, which was then repaired.

Good call on the fuses! I did check the main fuse box, but I didn't see one specifically labeled for the massage seat. Are you aware of a secondary fuse box or a relay that might control just that function?

Yeah, on some cars, especially ones with fancy options like that, they tuck extra fuses under the seat itself. It's possible that's where the problem lies. But if the error is stored in memory I would go to a professional, because the defective cable or plug connection can be located fast.

Thanks for the advice! I had a mechanic take a look. Turns out it was a loose connector under the seat, just as you suspected. Repair cost me 95€. I appreciate the help!

I haven't had that exact problem, but issues with seat motors are fairly common in cars with lots of electric features. Have you checked the fuses? Sometimes it's a simple fix like that before you start tearing into the upholstery.
