GT86 Transport Mode Issue

I've got a 2014 Toyota GT86, gasoline engine, with about 77k kilometers on the clock. I'm running into a strange issue – feels like it's stuck in some kind of transport mode. The navigation system is completely dead, and I'm seeing general electrical malfunctions. It's almost like the car thinks it's brand new and hasn't been prepped for sale yet. Any ideas?

I had something similar happen with my GT86 a while back. Does the engine start, or is it completely dead? Sounds like the car electronics are locked down somehow.

The engine starts fine, thankfully. It's just a bunch of electrical stuff that's not working correctly. Any chance you remember what triggered the transport mode on yours or how you disabled it? I've checked the basic fuses, but no luck so far.

Okay, engine starting is good news. Honestly, I never figured out what triggered it. I took it straight to the workshop. They had to use the diagnostic tool to reset the vehicle setting and clear the transport mode. Probably best to do the same.

Appreciate the insight. Sounds like I'll be heading to the dealership. I was hoping it was something simple, but it's good to know that a reset at the workshop should fix it. That will be it then, repair cost is 0€.
