Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't noticed any other electrical issues, but I'll definitely keep an eye out. Where exactly is the AC relay located? And is there an easy way to check the refrigerant level myself?

The AC relay location should be in your owner's manual, check the index for 'air conditioning' or 'relay switch'. As for checking the refrigerant level, it's best left to a professional, as you need specific equipment and knowledge to do it safely and accurately. Given that you have an error code stored, I strongly suggest getting it checked by a qualified technician. In my case, the undervoltage was diagnosed at the workshop. It may be a relatively simple fix.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop and they confirmed it was undervoltage. They replaced the relay switch and did a quick diagnostic check. Cost me 240€, but at least it's fixed now.

I had a similar issue with my GX, although it's not a hybrid. Are you getting any other electrical issues? In my case, it turned out to be a problem with undervoltage in the vehicle, which was causing the A/C compressor to cut out. Have you checked the AC relay or refrigerant levels? A refrigerant leak can also cause the compressor to not engage.
