Start by checking the air intake system for any leaks or blockages, as these can affect air mass and boost levels. Ensure that the air filter is clean and properly installed. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
The leaks have been checked and the air cleaner is new. The MAF sensor has also been replaced.

Inspect the turbocharger and its associated components, such as the wastegate and boost control solenoid, for any signs of malfunction or damage. A faulty turbocharger can lead to low boost levels and power loss. Please update me on your findings or if you need further guidance.
