Highlander leaning suspension issue

Hi, I'm having some issues with my 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. It's got about 49848 km on it. Recently, the vehicle can no longer lift and it's leaning to one side. I'm also getting an error message in the speedometer and there's an error stored in the error memory. The ride has become incredibly bumpy, which leads me to believe that I may have a problem with the ride height. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I suspect a suspension issue, possibly with the pneumatic suspension. Could the shock absorber be related?

I had a similar issue with my Highlander. It sounds like your suspension air bag valve might be defective. Have you noticed any signs of an air leak?

Thanks for the quick response! An air leak would make sense, I suppose. I haven't specifically checked for that. Were your symptoms exactly the same? And how did you resolve the issue?

Yes, the symptoms were the same; specifically, vehicle leaning on one side. The problem was definitely the suspension air bag valve. I would recommend taking it to a trusted workshop for a diagnosis and repair. I'd say, it's pretty much certain.

Okay, thanks for confirming my suspicions and advising. I'll get it checked out by a workshop ASAP. Turns out it was a faulty air suspension bellows valve. Got it replaced for 590€. Thanks again!
