Honda Grace Terminal 15 Ignition Error
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Honda Grace hybrid experienced a 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted' error, preventing the engine from starting. The issue was suspected to be related to a faulty cable or plug connection. Suggestions included checking the wiring harness near the relay switch and testing voltage at the ignition switch and relays. The problem was resolved by replacing a corroded connector in the wiring harness, confirming the initial suspicion of a wiring issue.

Thanks for the quick reply! When you say look at the wiring harness, are there any specific areas that are known to cause issues on the Grace? And regarding voltage, I've only done a basic check at the battery. Where else should I be probing?

The wiring harness near the engine bay is susceptible to environmental factors, as well as potential rubbing against chassis components. A more thorough investigation is required, including voltage testing at the ignition switch and the relevant relays. However, if you are not adequately versed in auto-electrics, a workshop visit is highly recommended.

I appreciate the advice. Took it to the workshop and you were spot on! Turns out a connector in the wiring harness had corroded and was causing the interruption. New connector and labor came out to 95€. Thanks a million for pointing me in the right direction!

Intriguing fault. Have you had a look at the wiring harness near the relay switch? Terminal 15 issues are often connected to compromised wiring or faulty relays. Can you provide more detail on what you've tested with regard to voltage?
