Honda Greiz brake vibration issue
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Honda Greiz owner reported experiencing a vibration in the brake pedal, suspecting potential issues with the brake pads or rotors. Initially considering undervoltage as a possible cause, it was suggested that the problem was more likely related to the braking system itself. Upon further inspection at a workshop, it was confirmed that the brake rotors were warped and the brake pads were worn, leading to their replacement and resolving the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply! I had a quick look at the pads and rotors, and they seemed alright at first glance. How closely did you inspect yours when you had the problem? Did you notice any squeaky brakes or anything else out of the ordinary?

I didn't notice any unusual noises, but on closer inspection, I found that one of my brake rotors was slightly warped. I'd recommend taking your Greiz to a workshop so they can have a thorough look at all the brake components.

Thanks a lot for your help! I took your advice and brought my Greiz to a workshop. Turns out you were right! The brake rotors were the culprit, and the worn brake pads also needed replacement. Cost me around 240€, but at least it's sorted!

I had a similar issue with my Honda Greiz, although I can't remember the year. The strange pedal feel could definitely be related to the braking system, but undervoltage seems unlikely. Are you sure the brake pads or shoes are in good shape? When was the last time you checked your brake rotors?
