Honda Greiz Windshield Wipers Not Working
Summary of the thread
The windshield wipers on a 2019 Honda Greiz stopped working, and the error memory indicated an issue with the wiper switch. Despite the fuses being fine, the problem was suspected to be a defective cable or plug connection. After consulting with others and confirming that other functions like turn signals and cruise control were unaffected, it was suggested to seek professional diagnosis. The issue was resolved at a workshop, where a defective cable connection to the wiper switch was identified and repaired.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, the turn signals and cruise control are working perfectly fine. And yes, it has a rain sensor, but I haven't noticed anything unusual with it. Could the rain sensor be related even if it seems to be working?

In my case, the rain sensor was not the culprit. Given that your turn signals and cruise control are okay, and you're getting an error code related to the wiper switch, it does sound like a wiring or connection issue specific to the wipers. At this point, I would recommend visiting a workshop for a professional diagnosis. Better safe than sorry.

Thanks a lot for your help! I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on – it was indeed a defective cable connection to the wiper switch. They fixed it for 95€. Really appreciate your insights!

Hello, I have a Honda Greiz too, and I recall encountering a similar problem with my wipers. Do your turn signals and cruise control still function correctly? Also, does your car have a rain sensor, and if so, is it behaving oddly?
