Honda Jade auxiliary heater issue

Having trouble with the auxiliary heater on my 2020 Honda Jade gasoline. It won't activate and there's an error code. I'm thinking it might be a bad glow plug. Anyone else run into this?

Hey, I drive a Jade too. Sounds familiar. Is it completely dead, or does it try to start and then cut out? Did you check the temperature sensor, maybe?

Okay, mine did the same, just stone cold silence. I was thinking maybe the temp sensor is giving a bad reading, so the heater never even tries. But honestly, it sounds like it's probably best to get it checked out at a workshop.

Appreciate the help. The workshop confirmed it's a faulty glow plug and needs replacing. Cost me 440€.
