Honda Jazz Air Suspension Failure

I'm freaking out. My 2011 Honda Jazz hybrid is giving me grief. It's got 200k km on the clock. Basically, the whole car feels slammed to the ground! It won't lift at all and is leaning to one side. I've got error messages popping up on the dash AND the speedometer! The ride is unbelievably bumpy. I'm guessing it's something with the air suspension, maybe the bellows valve? Anyone seen this before?

Summary of the thread

A 2011 Honda Jazz hybrid with 200,000 km is experiencing air suspension failure, causing the car to lean and not lift, accompanied by error messages on the dashboard and speedometer. The issue is suspected to be a defective bellows valve in the air suspension system, which can cause the entire car to sink if the system cannot maintain pressure. The recommended solution is to take the car to a workshop for a valve replacement, which resolved the problem and eliminated the bumpy ride.

Could be the air suspension. Any error codes stored? Have you checked the ride height sensors? It's odd to have multiple issues at once.

Error codes? Yeah, there's something stored, but I don't have a fancy code reader, just the dash warning. Ride height sensors... where are those even located? And if it was just one sensor, would the whole car sink?

If the error memory indicates a bellows valve issue, and the car is leaning and won't lift, the valve is likely defective. A defective valve on the air suspension bellows would cause the air suspension to fail. The error message on the speedometer confirms it. Get it to a workshop; you'll need a new valve and potentially the airbag itself. It would cause the whole car to sink if the system can't maintain pressure.

Thanks! Sounds like I was on the right track, but way over my head to fix myself. I took it to the shop, and you nailed it – faulty bellows valve. It cost me 590€ for the repair, ouch! At least the bouncy ride is gone.
